Q. How can I get information whether my item shipped or not?
A. Usually if the item you purchased is in stock, you can get your tracking No. within 2 days after your order. We will add the tracking No. under your order status, and then mark it as “shipped". And meanwhile, we will also send you an e-mail to tell you that we have shipped your item and give your tracking No. So you have two ways to get your tracking No., one is to log in our website to find your tracking No., the other one is to check your e-mail, the e-mail must be the one you used to regester in our website.
If the item you purchased is just out of stock temporarily, we will also send you a message to notify you that your item is out of stock now and may you have to wait for more than 1-2 days to wait for the stock.
